Question: Where can I buy your products?
Answer: You
may order directly from us (online or by phone: 303-932-1400) or you can
check with your local bookstore. If your bookstore does not have it on
the shelf, they can order it for you. All ISBNs are listed in the Order
Form page or on the individual product pages (just click on the book
image -see Home Page).
If you are trying to find a copy of Pocket Ref and/or Handyman In~Your~Pocket, check with your local True Value Hardware, Ace Hardware or Do It Best Hardware stores. Also, many other hardware stores and catalogs carry Pocket Ref and/or Handyman In~Your~Pocket. To find a store near you, please call our offices and we will be happy to assist you.

do I order from you?
Answer:
- Retail Customers-
1. Place order over phone or fax order with a Visa, Discovery or MasterCard immediate shipping.
If a company is placing the order, Sequoia can bill the company if a purchase order is faxed
(303-932-1800) or mailed to Sequoia; or
2. Send check or money order (see Order Form) by mail to Sequoia-immediate shipping. - Resellers - please

Question: How is the order shipped?
Answer: We now ship 1 book (pocket sized) by US Postal Service and on orders of 2 books (any size) we ship UPS ground. UPS ground requires a physical address. Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii or a PO Box address will be shipped via the US Postal Service.
Question: When will I receive the order?
Answer: If the books are in stock and are not imprinted, the order will ship in 24 hours. The west coast will normally receive the orders in about 3 working days; the east coast will normally receive the order in 5 working days. (If order is imprinted allow 5 working days before shipping.)
