Imprinting the cover of a book with your personal or company logo, address and phone numbers is a powerful, yet inexpensive way to keep your name in front of your customers.

How long does it take?

From the time Sequoia receives your fax approval of the art work, imprinted books will normally be ready to ship within 2 weeks.

Imprint Die Specifications and Costs

• Maximum Die size for 3.2” x 5.4” shirt pocket books is 2.4” wide x 1.5” high
• Maximum Die size for 4" x 6" books is 3.0" wide x 1.5" high
• Maximum Die Size for 5" x 7.5" books is 3.4" wide x 2.0" high
• Minimum type size is 10 point for Helvetica
• Minimum type size is 12 point for Times Roman
• Address and phone number lines will be typeset with Helvetica type only (see samples to the right.)
• If you do not have camera ready art, please supply us with a clean copy of your logo, if you wish to use one
• There is a one time $65.00 charge for a regular imprint die and for a custom back cover the die will be $85.00. This price change is effective January 1, 2005
• There is an imprinting charge of 15¢ per book
• A prepayment of 50% may be required; ask your sales representative
• Imprinted books may not be returned (Exception: any book with a manufacturing defect may be returned. Call for instructions.)
• When the die art is finished, we will fax you the art and an approval form. You must approve and sign the form before your die will be cut.
• Normal time to complete imprint jobs is 2 weeks from the date your artwork approval is received (via fax).
