Sequoia Publishing makes every effort to assure that its products meet high quality and durability standards. We warrant to the original purchaser that each book is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period of 90 days beginning on the date of purchase. If the book you received has defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it for a full refund or exchange (your original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable).

In order to return a book(s), ship it with transportation charges prepaid, along with your proof of purchase, an explanation of the complaint and whether you want the book(s) replaced or the purchase price refunded. Return Authorization Numbers (RMA) are not required. If our inspection verifies the defect, we will replace or refund per your request. Sequoia will cover the USPS shipping cost of replaced books being sent to you.

If you are not satisfied with an item purchased from Sequoia Publishing, you may return the product within 90 days for a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer. If you have suggestions for new books or additions/changes to an existing book that we publish, please send us an email and let us know. We ALWAYS appreciate and respond to suggestions.

    If you have discovered an error or typo in one of our products, PLEASE send us an email and let us know.  You will need to provide us with the book title, edition and printing number (all are contained on page 2 of each book) as well as the page number containing the error.

      We do not normally ship books outside the USA and Canada.
      If you require international shipping, email Sequoia your request and we will consider it.

      Standard orders are normally shipped within two days.
      Imprint orders are shipped approximately 10 days after you approve the die art.

      We ship primarily via USPS Priority Flat Rate, FedEx Ground or UPS Ground.
      Faster FedEx and UPS shipping methods are available at your request and additional cost.
      If you prefer, we can use your FedEx or UPS account numbers for the shipping cost.

      Sequoia does not mark up shipping costs and does not add a “handling charge”.

      Sequoia Publishing does not currently accept submittals for publishing of outside works. We only publish books we have written. If you are looking for someone to publish your work, try contacting the Independent Book Publishers Assiciation (IBPA).
