Returns & Refunds


Sequoia Publishing makes every effort to assure that its products meet high quality and durability standards. We warrant to the original purchaser that each book is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period of 90 days beginning on the date of purchase. If the book you received has defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it for a full refund or exchange (your original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable).

In order to return a book(s), ship it with transportation charges prepaid, along with your proof of purchase, an explanation of the complaint and whether you want the book(s) replaced or the purchase price refunded. Return Authorization Numbers (RMA) are not required. If our inspection verifies the defect, we will replace or refund per your request. Sequoia will cover the USPS shipping cost of replaced books being sent to you.

If you are not satisfied with an item purchased from Sequoia Publishing, you may return the product within 90 days for a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.
